Above are my basics.
I've been on Tumblr for a while but I never really enjoyed it until not long ago I began to follow all this healthy eating/getting thin for summer blogs, they really motivated me to lose weight, so I decided to cut carbs COMPLETELY I lost about 3kg's but then I put the weight back on straight away when I stopped this diet. Later I began at home exercise routines, however my life's been so busy that I never really had time and when I got home I was exhausted from college or whatever, so I decided to create this Tumblr to keep me motivated! :)
So here are my basics:
Height: 5ft 5
Start weight: 88kg / 194 lbs
Target Weight 1: 80kg / 176 pounds
Target Weight 2: 61kg / 134.2 pounds

Help me out everyone! And Ill keep you all updated, I wont lie or hide any tricks or methods from you all cos I know how hard it is! And remember I'm doing this for myself and just myself, I want to be healthy and alive rather then paranoid and low.
