I’m officially back!
A LOT has happened in the past few months, school-wise, health-wise, weight-wise! Just a lot, message me if your interested in the details!
BUT I have good news! I bought a treadmill yesterday and used it today for the first time for an hour! SO tired, but I will do anything for progress! My target is March 1st to be at 65kg, and I am currently 77kg so that’s 12kg to lose/ 2 stones! I reckon I can do it, I just have to persevere!
